My interpretation of these lyrics starting with the name of the track:

Griefer is a term used in online multiplayer games to describe a person whose aim is to make other people miserable or angry for no legitimate reason, this is usually accomplished by, but not limited to; the destruction of a persons self project which they created over an extended period of time. A professional griefer would be a person who has become so proficient at "griefing" that they can be described as good at it.

This could be jest that intelligent people rely on technology in the modern day while the "kids" or inferior are stuck in the past and still believe in god.

2. Another stab at religion, god will not save you from conflict.

Creating a person through technological means. Could also mean creating a character in a video game.

A term sometimes used to describe fatigue after playing video games overnight, XYZ is could refer to co-ordinates which is also used in video games.

Extra sensory perception (ESP) is a paranormal ability with little to no evidence to prove its existence, this may be a twist on the stereotype that all girls on the internet are "know it all's".

3. A sound to help visualize.

Another world, in this context can refer to a world created in video game.

Broken things that I made could refer to the act of griefing or poorly made constructions.

4. Bleeding a life could refer to making someone else's life miserable.

7. Refers to a virus or other type of micro organism attacking human cells. Mass destruction is self explanatory.
Could refer to a world ending nuclear fallout.
Lab rat king refers to Deadmau5 due to the rat-mouse connection. Rescue team is self explanatory.
The second life comes after your physical body dies so this basically means save me from death.

10. Cause we are the last disease refers to all people, and we are compared to a disease because of the way we are slowly killing the earth through fossil fuels for example.
Broken life could refer to the earth.
